At SoluTech Systems we pride ourselves on our high levels of service.

We aim to continually improve our customer service by investing in staff training and new showroom facilities.

Our target market for both sales and service is what would be loosely termed the Humber region. (see map)

Response Times

Because SoluTech cover a relatively small geographic area, our engineers are always truly local.

We aim to attend all service calls in less than the industry standard of four working hours. This aim is monitored every month to ensure we respond to our customers needs. Again, because our engineers are not sent longer distances to the likes of Manchester, Liverpool or even Leeds, we can offer a speedy and flexible response to local customers needs.

Staff Training

As any forward thinking business does, we invest in our biggest asset, our people. All staff at SoluTech attend regular training courses, be it on a Sharp technical training course for our engineers, or perhaps personal development for a member of our team.
