Prize
Time!
Following on from the success of last years Star Performer Plan. This
years prizes have changed and will
consist of a different monthly prize for the best team member each
month,
and an annual prize for consistent achievement throughout the
year.
The Monthly Prize!
Each
months prize will vary, it might be money for a meal out with your
partner, a pampering session at a spar, vouchers to some of Hull's
best shops.
The Annual Prize!
A weekend City break to Rome for you and a partner

Spending Money
Qualifier:
To win the annual
prize, you will have won at least two Star Performer of the
Month prizes, thereafter the Managing Director will award the
winning weekend, based upon your contribution to the company.
This might be based on, in no particular order, first
time fix on service calls, sales revenue, customer service, credit
control, general attitude, money saving ideas, money generating
ideas, or another contribution to the company
